These Terms apply to rights and obligations relating to the purchase of a product through the Webshop and the rights and obligations arising from the conclusion of a Long Distance Sale Agreement (hereinafter: the Agreement) between the Consumer as the End User and the Web Shop.

The use of Webshop services is granted exclusively to adult persons. In case of return of goods, the buyer is obliged to send the complaint to Haut by e-mail and indicate the order number.
The buyer is entitled within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to the complaint of the purchased product or the return of the product if at the time of picking up goods due to defects in the products or the goods delivered are defective. Haut will, on the basis of a written claim for refund or replacement, return the customer to the account that the user has stated in the complaint itself or replace the product with the new one within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
The customer reimburses the cost of the product.
The buyer is obliged to return the delivered goods in the condition they are delivered to him in the original packaging.
The buyer can unilaterally terminate within 14 days without reasoning.
In order for the buyer to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this contract, he/she must inform his / her decision on the unilateral termination of the contract before the expiry of the deadline and by an unambiguous statement sent by electronic mail, specifying his / her name, address, telephone number or e-mail address.
The term of a one-time termination of a contract of 14 days shall begin to run from the date on which the buyer or a third person designated by the buyer of the goods, which is the subject of the contract, has been surrendered.
If the customer terminates this contract unilaterally, Haut, is obliged to make a refund of the money received, including delivery costs, without delay, at the latest within 14 days from the date the goods are returned or after being returned evidence was furnished that the goods were sent back.
Refunds will be made in the same way that payment is made. In case the customer otherwise agrees to refund the paid amount, it does not incur any refunds.
The buyer is obliged to deliver or dispatch the goods (at the address where they will be sent) without unnecessary delay, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the day the Purchaser has made his decision on the unilateral termination of the contract.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer himself.
The buyer is responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
